Basic Information

■　You will receive the completed digital illustration via email. Please note that what

you are purchasing is a digital file illustration, not a physical printed artwork.

■　Commissions are for Personal Use unless commercial usage rights are purchased.

■　Prices are base prices, subject to increase based on the character's details.

■　You will receive a digital file with a watermark; If you intend to repost the

commissioned artwork on social media, it is recommended to post a version

with a watermark to prevent unauthorized use or alterations.

■　Download and keep commissioned artwork; no refunds for lost files.

■　Please provide as much complete information as possible; I reserve the right to

refuse orders outside my expertise.

COPYRIGHT&USAGE

■　as the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork.

And I can:

■　Use and upload the commissioned artwork anywhere for the promotion

and advertising of my work.

Commissioner Can Use :

■　the artwork for personal social media profiles, avatars, and device wallpapers.

■　As long as you credit me as the artist ( @mai.mai.maiiiiii ) , you can upload and use the commissioned artwork on your social media.

■　Artwork reposted on social media should preferably include the watermark to 　 prevent misuse or alterations.

Commissioner Absolutely Cannot:

■　You cannot claim authorship of this commissioned artwork or remove

　 my signature.

■　Use the artwork for undisclosed purposes or make alterations without discussion.

■　Use the artwork for any commercial purposes, whether profitable or not,

or your social media promotion.

■　Use the artwork for merchandise production ,unless commercial usage rights are purchased.

Discussion required for detailed terms, usage, and permissions.

■　1x price for non-commercial use.

■　2x price for commercial use with social media promotion.

■　3x price for commercial use and the ability to design any desired product.

■　Payment method: PayPal. Currency is USD.

■　Full payment is required before starting the commission.

■　Payment must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the request,

　　or the commission order may not be retained.

■　Approximate delivery schedule can be discussed when submitting the 　　　　　

　 commission form.

■　Upon receiving payment, a simple colored sketch will be provided for approval

within 1 week, with one free modification.

■　Additional modifications will incur a 10% fee per request.

■　After confirming the sketch, the completed artwork will be delivered within 2 weeks to 1 month.

■　Review the sketch carefully; I cannot redraw any content after starting the line art.

I will make any necessary edits for free if I make mistakes.

■　The commissioned artwork will be sent to your email.
